Elite camps are really good for kids who like a school and have the ability to play there. Coaches get a front row spot to watch you and I usually reach out to say hey So and so is coming and you need to watch her. Elite camps allow you to showcase all of your attributes. Skills, attitude, personality. It can definitely 100% help you get recruited and offered! @_BlakeDerrick @NE2K_Rich

Every successful HS coach needs a strong right hand man that will be loyal to him & never undermine him. If you look at some of the best programs, they have loyal, smart Number 2 guys. WHO DONT WANT TO BETRAY THE HC. Too many assistant coaches with personal agendas

Just a quick piece of advice for you. Nothing is mandatory:
-Summer workouts aren’t
-Conditioning/Weights aren’t
-Getting up extra work on your own isn’t
-Watching film of yourself/opponents
None of it is mandatory. BUT… neither is playing time.
