My breasts are not my own. I had both of mine removed 9 years ago as a preventive measure. It was a drastic decision, it was a horrid surgery, and the recovery was grim - but it is a decision I do not regret.

To everyone taking their child to Uni today, rest assured, after you’ve slept in their bed a month/cried yourself to sleep every night, the pain will ease. It’s all natural. Growth. You’ve done a great job, and they are ready to take on the world & shine (with you behind them!)❤️

Brilliant weekend spent with @coachingHT @NHeadteacher and hosted by @anson_kari . Charity shop and vintage hauls galore, lovely lunch, axe throwing and my fave food @PizzaExpress for tea. Lots of therapeutic chatting and the odd glass of wine - what's not to love!
