Working some run game med ball throws, we added a knee aspect to really load that push leg! Got a lot of work to do but my high school guys enjoyed it.

Working the snap hand for centers is paramount. Depending on the off hand is effective but requires turning the shoulders which can put you at a disadvantage. Give this a try and let me know what you think.

Alternate hand punches keep โone in the chamberโ at all times. Defensive linemen are taught to swipe hands and if you lose both hands, itโs hard to recover. Altenate punches keep you ready and steady for battle.
