In 2000 when RJ was kicked out of preschool because he was “unteachable” and “antisocial” …It was one of the most painful days of my life as a mom.
I could never imagine that 25 years later,

🚨Athletic directors, school boards, HR directors, and ISD budget directors:
‼️If your coaches are working in the summer for summer workouts, find a way to pay them! Even if it is just filling their gas tank each week, reward them for their time and dedication.
👉I have been places where we got $25 an hour, a place where we got $38 an hour, and places where we got nothing. We were going to work hard regardless. It sure improves morale to give them some cash.
