It's a long time since I've seen an issue created, and patch written, and patch committed to #Drupal core all in one day.
The patch I wrote to reorder the "Development settings" checkboxes (funded by @codeenigma) last week made the cut.

Dear @UKPowerNetworks,we have a colleague who is in your area with a 21kVA connection. He has a horrible old electric flow heating system and was set to get a new #heatpump from @OctopusEnergy. However, when they asked to install this heat pump you apparently told them no. /1

Even though our colleague is moving to a *more efficient system* than he currently has, for some reason your engineers have said he needs triple phase electricity and 26kVA of connection to run a #heatpump. We have practical experience of running larger machines on 12kVA! /2

The #heatpump would pull max 7kW, probably not even. It's clearly absurd that you won't allow him to connect a system that uses *less* electricity than the one he has. How can he appeal? This sort of nonsense makes a mockery of @10DowningStreet #green targets.
