Considering the watch is under warranty they should replace the watch, Not provide a coupon and force to buy another watch from them by paying extra money.

With a delay of 2 weeks,They replied with a coupon which I can only use on offline stores for rs 1995, The offline stores don't have any smart watches for this price and are lacking features comparing to other watches(2/3)
