In my experience, suggesting times relieves mental burden on the other party, and gets many more meetings booked.
It’s so one-sided that I only ask the other person to suggest a time if I can’t meet with them any time soon.
Iron law of Calendly links - if you are the one requesting the meeting, you may not send your scheduling link.
Proper etiquette:
"I'd love to meet and talk about X. If that's interesting, send over your scheduling link or some times that work for you."
Much higher close rate!
