Just in: The #Chiefs and QB Patrick Mahomes have agreed to a new contract extension that will pay him $504.75M over the next 8 seasons, per @AdamSchefter.
The deal adds 2 years to the 6 years remaining on his contract and pushes his average salary north of $60M per year.
