why so hard
so many people who have no idea what they're actually doing
and if they're good they just go start a company
you have to catch these people in a moment of time right before they start a company
I call them pre-founders
but tbh when you break down what a head of growth would do
they really just build systems to do growth
they build systems for cold email, linkedin DMs, facebook ads, linkedin ads, google ads, SEO / AI search, social media management, webinars, email newsletters
and before they would need to hire like 20 people to do the above
but now what's crazy is agents can do all this
it just has to have a data pipeline, warehouse and agent infra
and agents can run the whole marketing motion
