Heard the take: โLaunchpad will just flood the market with low-quality NFTs.โ
Fair concern.
But hereโs how I see it:
Until now, launching an NFT collection meant paying for coding the contract and/or an artist.
3-5k easy (often much higher).
That filtered out two groups: people without tech, people without funds.
Both groups had ideas.
Both were ready to commit.
Neither could ship.
The Launchpad doesnโt lower the bar. It removes the wrong filter.
Yes, some drops will flop.
Thatโs how every open creator economy works.
But the ones who push through? Theyโre probably even more committed.
