My thoughts haven’t changed on the Giannis/Celtics situation:
Boston can get Giannis Antetokounmpo right this second if they wanted to trade Jaylen Brown, but the point of trading for Giannis is to put him next to BOTH Jaylen and Jayson, not trading one for the other.
I trust Brad Stevens to construct the best roster to win another championship. I think they can win whether they have Jaylen or Giannis next to Tatum, but there’s no good reason to split a duo that are both in their primes and have won a title together.
