Little underwhelmed with the 358H. I know its not the fastest PL CPU, but I expected more. It is way faster than the 288v, but at twice the power too. Only reason to choose over the HX370 is the GPU.

Initial impressions of the B390 are good. Definitely would be really good in a handheld. Diablo on High settings, native res (2048x1280) got 60fps.

Well so far Pantherlake on the CPU side of the house hasn't really impressed.
Lets hope the GPU side lives up to the hype.

People that make statements like this really didn't put thought into it.
Does anyone believe it costs the same to pay a soldier living abroad? That there isn't logistical costs to it, COLA, etc? Thats just on the surface. Maintenance on the base, equipment, etc.
If the US left NATO, we’d still have a trillion dollar defense budget. There’s no cost savings that would come from withdrawal.
We just wouldn’t have any Allies.
Predatory powers like Russia and China would pick off the weak states and we’d all be worse off.

A big concern I have for this is new soldiers. Specifically those that are 09M or part of the 13U program.
A solution, a single negative counseling removes your right to carry for at least 6 months. Then get religious with counseling your soldiers.
Our military installations have been turned into gun-free zones—leaving our service members vulnerable and exposed.
That ends today.

After playing Crimson Desert for a couple hours, my excitement has been curbed.
The biggest complaint I have is the damn controls. Trying to pick up a simple item is terrible. Having to hold down X? Whos idea was that? There are other issues, but thats killing it for me.

Why is literally EVERY first party app/program on Mac dogshit?
Finder = Dogshit
Terminal = Dogshit
I'm just trying to copy and paste text out of Terminal and I can't cause it keeps wanting to search it for some stupid reason. Hate on Windows all you want, but FUCK this is bad.

I honestly don't see how people use this OS for anything beyond simply browsing the web (and Safari is Dogshit too). Every time I try to do anything remotely productive on MacOS its so painful I'd rather rip off my fingernails.

The German Finance Ministry has announced that it plans to pay some 11,000 local employees with the U.S. Department of Defense stationed at bases across Germany whose paychecks have been impacted by the ongoing government shutdown in Washington. The German Government anticipates being reimbursed for the payroll cost once payments are resumed by the United States, according to the Spokeswoman for the Foreign Ministry, adding, “Berlin's contribution is "a sign of solidarity with the U.S. Armed Forces stationed in Germany and their civilian employees.”

Got offered to review the Rog Ally (not the X, the cut down one). After looking at the specs I turned it down. I don't understand how Asus thinks its acceptable to ask $600 for that when its slower than a Steam Deck.
