I like Computers and I like Windows 7 and below my first computer I owned was a Compaq with Windows 98. Then moved on to Windows XP.

Baofeng UV-82 screen comes on very very dim. Software will not read or right to radio. Radio does not transmit I can hear a very light hum when turning on the radio. youtu.be/2gljUlyJ0S8
