Implemented and deployed the mod chat. Left sidebar shows a Mod Chat section only if you’re an owner/mod in at least one community. Each mod community gets its own private chat at /mod-chat/[community-slug]. Only owner and moderator memberships can read/send messages. Messages show avatars, names, timestamps, and a clean chat layout. /mod-chat redirects to your first available mod chat, or shows an empty state if you’re not a mod anywhere.
