ALT ‘We Are Human’ AAPI illustration was selected by WNBA Seattle Storm and Urban ArtWorks for Force4Change social justice platform and installed as public art with other BIPOC, female artist works in the Uptown Arts District for the opening May 6th Storm game. AAPI youth need to be protected against racism and feel safe to be who they are, wherever they are, regardless of what the society says they should be. The top of box typography displays names of women who have died too soon this past year to hate crimes. This project won a Bronze award from Anthem Awards in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Awareness & Media, Special Projects category.
