Never really jump in on these, but feel like I have to here because this is being completely misinterpreted.
While parts of the article were sourced, I never reported this myself.
When discussing a potential #Nets trade-up, I mentioned Chicago as a possibility, speculation based on what has already been out there. I never said “per source,” “I’m told,” or framed it as ME reporting.
I used “reportedly” because multiple credible reporters have previously connected those dots.
Always worth reading the actual quote, not just an aggregator.
The Chicago Bulls have reportedly explored the possibility of moving back from No. 4 in exchange for more immediate help, per @connor_long15.
