HYBE/ADOR want the next hearing to be held behind closed doors, which would prevent bunnies from attending and sharing what is said from both sides. Today, reporters were present but only stayed for ADOR's presentation, and left once Danielle's side began speaking.
It's also worth noting that the judge advised ADOR against displaying "evidence" (KKT messages) on screen in front of reporters, as in the earlier case involving Hanni and Min Hee-Jin the messages were selectively cut and distorted, which led to a misleading public narrative.
Instead, the judge suggested submitting written evidence or providing it directly to the court. However, ADOR still insisted on presenting the so-called "evidence" publicly. Lol.
Whatever ADOR is doing, it's clear that it's currently aimed at shaping the media narrative. If the hearing is ultimately closed to the public, it would mean bunnies and others are no longer able to attend and share what is said, leaving far less transparency around the proceedings, which would give ADOR the upper hand in sharing what they want with the media.
I hope that request is rejected and that bunnies, along with other observers, are allowed to attend and follow the next hearing.
