Hi @SFBART , the Trip Planner showed me an additional train from El Cerrito Plaza to Rockridge at 7:06 pm (iirc), but when I checked again after getting ready, the train had disappeared from the Trip Planner.
Showing ephemeral trains is pointless.

Hi @SFBART , at El Cerrito Plaza at 9:30am, hoped to use bathroom. Both unavailable, waited 12 minutes before leaving.
No station agent to be seen.
Transients just walked in through the emergency gates without restriction.
I rarely see station agents at El Cerrito Plaza/Millbrae.

Hi @CapitolCorridor, I took 727 to SCC today but it stopped at OAC around 9:30am because of a car on tracks for about 50 mins.
I understand these things happen.
Why does CC not communicate status in a timely manner????
I got an 'alert' for 727 at 10:57am.

Hi @SFBART , it's kinda ridiculous that I arrive to Millbrae in Caltrain #161 at 8:56 pm and have to wait until 9:42 pm (plus do this stupid change at SFO) to get a train to El Cerrito Plaza.
That's a 46 minute wait.
Driving would have been, UNFORTUNATELY, a better option.
