So I was in the middle of an @PlayOverwatch match when my computer suddenly shut down and now I can't get back in because I have #bitlocker and my laptop keyboard isn't being recognized. Was there a @Microsoft update? #ITproblems called & they said call back in > 7 hrs. #WTF
