The TM office has recently started raising objections asking for higher stamp duty on Power of Attorney.
Karnataka - ₹500 instead of ₹100. Delhi - ₹100 instead of ₹50.
But the official website still shows the old values.

If you’re the prior user of a trademark, that’s your strongest argument. Don’t dilute it with logo comparisons and colour schemes. File the usage evidence. Keep it clean and move on.

To all small businesses and startups negotiating contracts with bigger corporations: If the other side enforces 'take it or leave it' terms, insist on a mutual termination-for-convenience clause with a (preferably) 30-day notice. This gives you the flexibility to walk away if the engagement doesn't go as planned.
