Today I was proud to lead on the launched @TorbaySDevonNHS of our Professional Practice Model for Nurses and Midwives, making sure everyone has a VOICE.
👏 Today we launched our nursing and midwifery Professional Practice Model which will support our overall nursing and midwifery framework, our colleagues and shaping the care we provide. It's the professional voice of our nurses and midwives and our commitment to support them.
