.@Uber when someone orders an UberXL from the airport, you should assume it’s for 6 people with luggage. Just waited 15 minutes to have the guy tell us our luggage wouldn’t fit, so now we’re waiting another 15 minutes for an UberXXL and had to pay a fee. Horrible experience.

Every man's worse nightmare came true for me today.
For years I've accumulated all the cables I've ever had into a drawer-- you know the drawer. After years of collecting dust, I finally convinced myself I could throw away my VGA cables.
A few months later, I need a VGA cable.
I placed an order with @Tenikle on 12/14, plenty of time (so I thought) for it to get here by Christmas. It still hasn’t even been shipped, now almost 3 weeks later. Poor communication, terrible service, and still no products to show for it. Maybe I’m too patient for my own good.
It still hasn’t shipped. I’m sympathetic to a higher than normal volume of orders, but you should hire enough people to deal with it. Don’t put out a big marketing campaign without the resources to handle the influx of orders.
