My take on this is most senior people in a field will improve greatly from AI, but most juniors will rob themselves of knowledge and experience. As a junior most problems you will face can easily be solved by AI,...
good discussion, but you already know my stand. Use it guys, use it because there's someone somewhere who's using it and is learning more from it and is getting many things done quicker and more efficiently than you

if you fall into the trap of letting AI generate your solutions and not using it as a helper to learn or something to bounce off your ideas you will slowly rob yourself of essential problem solving skills.

Making sure your own growth is properly tracked and not tied to a tool is pretty essential. Your problem solving skills should drive the AI and fill in any missing gaps in your knowledge using what is generated. It's the old stackoverflow advice of know what you are copying.
