The data was breached from a third party provider that was given access to the data – a decision that seriously neglects the safety and security of the sensitive information entrusted to the NBI.

The NBI must be held accountable for neglecting to safeguard the data they were entrusted to protect, and accountable for the long term implications on the exposed personal information even more cases of targeted scams, fraud, identity theft and many other forms of cybercrime.
