MCC along with their architectural consultants, Craft Studio presented plans to Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage of Ireland, Darragh O’Brien T.D. for the development of 50 social house and an affordable housing scheme on lands in Latlorcan, Monaghan. 🏘️🏘️

An historic gate lodge in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan, has been given new life as the town’s new state of the art library. The protected structure underwent a €5 million conservation and extension over the last two years | rte.ie/b/1415938

A nice project we recently completed with @MonaghanCoCo #housingforall
Here's a great example from @MonaghanCoCo of the work being done under #HousingforAll to revive town centres and provide hew homes.
This fire damaged and derelict property in #Ballybay was acquired, refurbished and used for housing while also enhancing the area around the town centre.

Delighted to see Hope Castle Gatelodge come back to life as #Castleblayney Library. This was a fabulous commission to work on, in collaboration with Gaffney and Cullivan and a great client in @MonaghanCoCo carefully constructed by local contractors Broomfield Construction.
