A shame that having enjoyed @biteable for several years their customer service is awful. Been off work, didn't spot resubscription. They charged me. I requested refund & cancellation of my account. The answer - from AI nonetheless - was repeatedly NO.

No you cannot manage a social media officer, manage media liason, go to stakeholder meetings, coordinate with other orgs, organised IG takeovers, write blogs, curate a monthly newsletter, & deliver stategy in 10 hours a week. STOP ASKING SO MUCH OF PEOPLE!

Ten years ago today my life was interrupted by a doctor’s call to tell me to go to hospital. I tried to persuade her I’d go tomorrow as I was in the middle of organising a TV interview for @SCCRCentre She was insistent my life depended on it.....🧵⬇️
