OPEN CALL - we are now looking for contributions to The Posthumanist Issue 2: Rhythms - think about patterns, sounds, time, flow, frequencies... and send your submissions to anna@theposthumanist.com until 30 November 2022. We can't wait to see what's coming 🌊
Our t shirt (XL) and zine stickers just arrived in the post! Thanks @ChronicImages for coordinating this awesome event
ALT A zine a T-shirt and a sheet of stickers all with different, beautifully gruesome images of a face: a fave made of pills, a melting face, a face with a whole other person sticking out of its orifices.
ALT A zine table of contents: about transplant imaginaties p. 4, hauntings p. 6, body politics and borders p. 10, care as violence p. 14, justice p.18, reference and resources p. 22
Thanks to everyone who joined us at the launch of #BloodyChronix! A recording of the event will be available soon.
We have printed copies of the zine as well as a few t-shirts (sizes available: S, XL & XXL) - fabulously modelled @ the event! Get in touch if you'd like your own
Such a delight to run this with @MegenJM & @KoBosco.
We retraced the many spaces of the WSA library & reflected on our own acts of cataloguing and curation.
Finished by producing collaged bookmarks as fragments of memory and put them back in the books to be discovered!
ALT A book mark being placed in a large art book
ALT Lots of hands reaching for stacked books
ALT A yellow bookmark in a book about historical umbrellas

This looks like a fantastic event from @createposthums@MegenJM as part of the @BeingHumanFest! Trace the library's journey, remake and reimagine it, create a new collection for the archive, and take home a collage memento of your experience.... @WSALibrary
