An ＠ITVNews investigation has found people with healthy BMIs are accessing weight-loss jabs from online pharmacies by using AI to edit their pictures to make themselves look bigger.
Our reporter, Cree-Summer Haughton, submitted an altered image of herself to six different pharmacies and was sent weight-loss jabs by three of them without further checks.
