I love tail walking at Chalkwell Beach parkrun. I love walking the course, supporting the other walkers and runners. I love that I get to clap and cheer everyone on when they go past. We love to make some noise!

Apologies for the lack of updates during todays game as covid has hit us hard
The game saw lots of plugging gaps in the team with an attacker & midfielder at CB but a fantastic performance by Shanice Finbow & an 81st minute volley from a corner ensured we took all three points

This week 208 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 17 were first timers and 18 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 22 different clubs took part.
