The bulk of the "stakeholders" are hard left activists, Neo-Marxists and Neo-Communists, professional activists (bought and paid for), most of whom are aligned with Agenda 2030 and "Sustainable Development". They dominate the stakeholder groups so that the outcome is their agenda, not anything based on a democratic representation of the population. This is the political subversion of democracy we see in plain sight today. Add to this a layer of censorship and defamation of those in opposition to their hard left agenda, and we have Ireland in 2026. And I forgot to mention, they will claim that they are advocates for democracy (e.g. The European Democracy Shield) and countering misinformation and disinformation (Coimisiún na Meán). The hypocrisy of their language is almost laughable if it weren't so serious.
