Very emotional and heartfelt speech by Pep Guardiola about Gaza, beautifully referencing a children's story of the bird carrying water in it's beak to put out a forest fire. So apt, powerful, poetic in view of Gaza's children at the hands of the murderous Israeli state and IDF.
As the person who awarded the Honorary Doctorate to Pep Guardiola on behalf of @OfficialUoM not only could you hear a pin drop while he was speaking but he got a heartfelt standing ovation from the congregation It’s not about ideology, it’s about humanity

Students on the Migration Stories project @derbyhighbury did brilliantly in their interviews with migrants to the North West. We learned how to edit the stories and make them into video stories for the migrationstoriesnw.uk/ website @crossingfprints @globallink_dec @RefugeeWeek
