Over the last few days I’ve been working on onboarding
One thing I’ve noticed across almost every AI agent platform is that after creating an agent, you’re often left staring at a blank chat window
The problem isn’t that the agent can’t do anything...it's that it can do everything.
Most people don’t start with a plan, a workflow, or a list of tasks. They just want to see value quickly. Ironically, unlimited possibilities can create more friction than a specific starting point
That’s what the onboarding redesign is focused on.
Instead of dropping users into a blank screen, Hivra now asks a few simple questions, helps define an objective, and gets the agent working on something useful from day one.
The goal isn’t to tell people what their agent should do, but rather to help them discover what it can do.

What's in the kitchen 🧑🍳
Been working on a lot of stability fixes etc. since the launch of Hivra.
Main priority is to make these agents easier to use. I plan to add a few agents to the network and then focus more on making them obviously useful. I have a few ideas on that, including a recording I mentioned yesterday explaining how I'd set up a 100% autopilot lead generation agent.
Outside of that, I've been working on an experiment on the side. The goal essentially is to create an agent that can help you with testing trading strategies autonomously.
So far I can say it's interesting, and potentially promising on the side of just being able to take your strategy idea and pressure test it against multiple conditions, make changes and optimising it over multiple iterations while you sleep.
After some more testing i'll likely release a beta version for holders.

@aeonframework is now available as a one-click deployment on Hivra.
Out of everything we've added so far, this is probably the one I'm most excited about.
I've been using AEON extensively behind the scenes to help automate parts of Hivra itself, from infrastructure management to feature development and day-to-day operations.
The more I've worked with it, the more I've come to appreciate what @aaronjmars has built.

Hermes Agent, by Nous Research, is the most used agent model at the moment.

Unlike those larps, $HermesOS has actual use-case.
HermesOS is the managed hosting layer for Hermes Agent.

Paste your openrouter or anthropic key, and your agent is live with memory, browser, terminal, tool use, and cron already wired up.
Now the part most people are sleeping on:
1. Venice. It's already integrated as a provider inside Hermes. One Venice key gets you 230 models with zero data retention. And Erik Voorhees is already in touch with the dev.
An official partnership would mean that Venice becomes basically a one-key onboarding for Hermes. And it would probably send $HermesOS to 100M mc straight away.
2. As I explained before, Hermes is now the #1 agent on OpenRouter. Flipped OpenClaw on May 10 (224B daily tokens vs OpenClaw's 186B). It is literally the most used open-source agent on the planet by inference volume right now.
Every dev that doesn't want to spend a weekend setting Hermes up themselves is a potential HermesOS user. And that funnel is getting bigger every week.
3. Bankr. The tokenised agent stack on Base. And their skills repo already supports Hermes natively. That’s the whole Bankr ecosystem, swaps, on-chain wallets, etc, plugging straight into the same agent runtime HermesOS hosts.
So HermesOS isn't just hosting nerds' personal assistants, it's positioned to host the next wave of on-chain agents that fund their own compute through token fees.
And the roadmap is not "we host agents."
Hosting is step 1.
Step 2 is one-click agent templates.
Step 3 is operator packs you ship to the community and earn from, settled in $HermesOS.
Step 4 is agents exposing themselves as paid APIs that other agents call.
