History lesson: QT absolutely destroys risk assets. Remember 2022's brutal crypto winter when the Fed went full hawk mode? BTC got slaughtered, down 70%. Liquidity is everything. More money = cheap institutional borrowing = capital flowing into ETFs and BTC. QT pause already showing results, i.e BlackRock's spot ETF sitting at $70B

Crypto impact? BTC acts as a macro proxy now, tighter liquidity = dips, looser = pumps. Ethereum benefits too, as alts ride the wave in risk-on mode. Gold/equities correlate: When the Fed eases, everything lifts. Recent inflation drop (2.7%) amps this up, reducing rate hike fears.

The ‘Bull Run’ and ‘Altcoin Season’ were initially driven by a supply shock from the halving. While those effects are now diminishing, that doesn’t mean we won’t see another bull run. Institutions are creating a new kind of supply shock through massive Bitcoin purchases, ETFs, and reserves, which are accelerating the process. This simply means the market is not bound to a ‘4 year cycle.’
