My @devoxx talk "Self-Healing Rollouts" is up: auto creating issues from @argoproj Rollouts canary failures, that get in turn auto-fixed by code assistants like Google @julesagent @GitHubCopilot, then re-deployed 🤯 (second half is all demo) #devoxx #argo youtu.be/ABjIUw7ojiU?si=A1j3…

Are we measuring lines of code now? 🤔

Today, Anthropic engineers on average ship 8x as much code per quarter as they did compared to 2021-2025.

I've burnt 80% of my AI budget for the month in one day building a PoC with #kubernetes agent sandbox and agent substrate. Totally worth it, will post details. And I can always get more budget 😀

Welp, that happened faster than I predicted. Thought it would be end of 2027, then early 2027, but agentic traffic growing so fast that bots have now passed human traffic online for the first time in the Internet's history. radar.cloudflare.com/traffic…

TIL I ate silk worms one month ago from some friendly Koreans that were sharing their food. I was lost in translation but now I ran the video through Antigravity to extract subtitles and surprise! they were actually tasty 😋 Beondegi 번데기 = silkworm pupae

The generative websites project we've been working on "Page Turner" was showcased @Adobe Summit. Content is personalized for each visitor, an "audience of one" It is amazing what it is possible today with AI with faster load time than many internet sites youtu.be/Dp52Wi4o8Cc?si=kHiP…

AI "Brain Fry": some good points. AI agents cannot be stacked on one user ad infinitum. When teams embed AI deeply in their workflows, and treat the technology as a collective capability rather than an individual differentiator, cognitive burden diminishes
Harvard Business Review research reveals that excessive interaction with AI is causing a specific type of mental exhaustion ( or "AI brain fry"), which is particularly hitting high performers who use AI to push past their normal limits. A survey of 1,500 workers reveals that AI is intensifying workloads rather than reducing them, leading to a new form of mental fog. While AI is generally supposed to lighten the load, it often forces users into constant task-switching and intense oversight that actually clutters the mind. This mental static happens because you aren't just doing your job anymore; you are managing multiple digital agents and double-checking their work, which creates a massive cognitive burden. The study found that 14% of full-time workers already feel this fog, with the highest impact seen in technical fields like software development, IT, and finance. High oversight is the biggest culprit, as supervising multiple AI outputs leads to a 12% increase in mental fatigue and a 33% jump in decision fatigue. This isn't just a personal health issue; it directly impacts companies because exhausted employees are 10% more likely to quit. For massive firms worth many B, this decision paralysis can lead to millions of dollars in lost value due to poor choices or total inaction. Essentially, we are working harder to manage our tools than we are to solve the actual problems they were meant to fix. --- hbr .org/2026/03/when-using-ai-leads-to-brain-fry
