The St. John’s Maple Syrup Festival is this Saturday, March 30! Here’s an historical photo of an earlier Maple Sugar Shack, one that burned down under mysterious circumstances in 1970. Then, as now, it took a lot of wood to boil down the sap into delicious, sweet syrup.#TBT
