Well done to our U16 boys who played in Waterford in the Munster Finals. They were narrowly defeated in a super set 6-4.. Well done to all involved and the students had a fantastic day. Thank you to Munster Tennis and St. Anne’s Tennis Club for hosting finals day.

An amazing achievement for our U16 Boys Munster Schools team who narrowly defeated a very strong team in the semi finals in St Anne’s Tennis Club Waterford. The boys played well and ended in a 2-2 draw before their victorious win in a nail biting super set 7-5 victory.

Our 5th Year Geography students swapped the classroom for the coastline today at Garretstown Beach. The group enjoyed perfect conditions while completing their fieldwork on coastal deposition and transportation.

CSN defeated a very competitive Colaiste an Phiarsaigh 24 to 17 today to progress to the Cork final tomorrow at 10:00. Odhran O’Connor led the scoring with 9 points. It was the aggressive team defence, however, by Sam Twomey, Rudi Styles, and Aaron Bugler that sealed the win.

The U16 boys played Douglas Community School last Thursday in Douglas Tennis Club and enjoyed their matches under the glorious blue skies. A second team played in BLTC on Friday and the gorgeous weather continued. Both teams are taking part in the U16 Boys shield in Munster.
