Discovered the hard way @British_Airways festive Yule log in 1st class contains hazelnut.
husband had made crew aware of nut allergy on boarding. cabin crew had checked prior to serving but only after my husband started reacting did they find a second ingredient sheet #allergies

Hideous @AirMalta I’m really upset that business class passengers are treated with no benefits and we boarded after the normal class what was the point of paying extra to sit up the front?????

@AirMalta your boarding at Malta is hideous and even though paid extra for priority boarding everyone at the same time . No space for hand luggage as everyone has stupid size cases 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

@RunnymedeBeat why do we bother trying to contact & get in touch. Told to keep updated with info which I have and apparently you decided there was no damage so closed case! car deemed not drivable I think shows damage, failure to stop & an insecure load is that dangerous driving

So email not being responded to and no response here or Facebook… why are the prices so high on council tax if we when support is required not getting any help. Sure if my vehicle was not taxed or insured I would be in trouble others get away with dangerous driving
