I thought I would compile a tweet of resources I've come across or have used for meeting other devs online. The devs range from newbies to people who have been in the field for decades. #100Devs
It has been a while since I updated but I'm working away on several things. I added most of the backend logic for my project and now just have to tackle the frontend using react
I have also picked back up C# and have been learning Unity when I need a break from web development. It has been nice to learn something for fun and not for a job.
Weekly update: it's the last day of vacation. I've done something just about each day of the past week. I've been working on learning react still and have gone over building components. I don't really understand what I did so I'm going to go over it again.
I've tried just jumping in to projects and then scrapping them because I'd have to start all over. I've tried using project management software but would spend too much time trying to make it work for me as one person
Weekly progress update: I joined an online study group with women who code tokyo and worked on my project. I also started using notion to plan out my project and keep track of things #buildinginpublic
I'm currently stuck on the design process so I'm moving on to setting up the basic html and css today. Saturdays are usually my free days, but tomorrow I'll be out so I want to get some work done today.
I've been gone for a while but I'm back with an update! I've been interested in design and I had a hard time finding a template I was happy with. I want to tweet regular updates about my progress with design and progress on the website itself.
I've been inactive since my move but I'm officially ready to get started again. My weak point is JS so I'm starting again from class 36 to make sure I really understand what we've learned #100Devs
I'm getting settles in to my new home and will be ready to start studying and working on projects again soon. My goal is to have a job as a web dev by this time next year! #100Devs
Finally got the light and dark mode toggle whichโฆ actually wasnโt as complicated as I had thought it would be. Aaaand added the hover state on the btn using the useState hook, as well. Dunno if that the best way to implement it but it was good practice. #100Devs
