* Copy and pasted answers to rebuttals on invalid issues
* We were official Shopify Customer Accounts Launch Partners for our TYP extension, yet being threatened to be delisted over the same extension
This year:
* 2 week grace period
* VERY GOOD feedback. More below.
* Actual critical thought to our answers, a discussion not a brick wall
* 20 emails to resolve
As a result of this, we were able to vastly improve our onboarding flow with real time feedback.
So an audit turned into an in-depth UX improvement session, and we're already seeing improvements in conversion and a decrease in tickets.
A process that originally was a huge drain on time and energy became a win and resolved in less than 4 emails. Amazing.
