We had a very interesting tour around the Georgian theatre in Richmond. Have a look if you are ever there. Very small, but can imagine it being packed to the rafters in the 18th century! Still open and showing a variety of performances from panto to tribute bands to opera.

Yes, totally inadequate, but here we are again showing a pit bull type dog. I’m a firm believer that it’s not the dogs at fault, but totally the owners who are inadequately armed to train a dog. Bully type dogs are used by idiots who use them for status and make them harmful.

I think life in general is a huge stress these days. How do you cope with stress?
I try a little meditation and breathing exercises.
Complementary therapies are a great way to relieve stress along with many other benefits. Don’t forget to look,after yourselves.
