BST…..GMT & ‘daylight saving’ ….. originally conceived to shift the clocks back by 80 minutes in 20-minute weekly steps on Sundays in September and vice versa in April.
Started in 1916 to conserve fuel and endured ever since, despite no real benefit to lighter mornings.

Becoming a paracyclist - a personal thread 👇
I've been riding/racing bikes for many years, starting in 2006 when I entered my first time trial at university. I've worked in the industry since 2011, but never stopped riding!
However in 2022 I suffered a spinal injury.
