His body control allows him to adjust mid-air and finish through contact. Springer is a reliable lob threat who plays above the rim and finishes strong. He moves well off the ball and consistently finds space for dump-off passes. With good hands and feel.

Bloomsburg commit Kodi Johnson has elite athletic ability. Standing at 6’6”, he combines size, speed, and bounce to make plays all over the floor. He finishes above the rim, runs the floor hard in transition, and has the quickness to guard multiple positions. His athleticism gives him a clear edge on both ends, and it’s a big reason he’ll make an immediate impact at the next level.

Clarion commit Aydan Cunningham is a dynamic athlete who plays with explosiveness and fluidity. His quick first step, body control, and vertical pop allow him to finish through contact and make plays above the rim. His athletic tools give him an edge on both ends of the floor.

Clarion guard Kendon Peebles has all the tools to have a breakout season. The 6’5” guard brings a strong combination of size, athleticism, and shooting ability, making him a matchup problem on the wing. He showed flashes of high-level scoring potential last season, especially with his efficiency from beyond the arc. With an expanded role and more consistent minutes, Peebles could take a major step forward.

Gannon commit Julian Rivera is a poised 6'0" guard with elite pace and control. He gets downhill consistently, finishing through contact and over bigger defenders. A confident three-point shooter, he can hit shots off the dribble or the catch. Rivera’s high IQ and vision make him a strong playmaker who creates easy looks for teammates and keeps the offense flowing. His ability to impact the game as both a scorer and facilitator makes him a key piece in Gannon’s backcourt.

Bloomsburg guard Xion Nichols is a highly skilled and poised 6'4" playmaker who excels in controlling the pace of the game Nichols thrives both as a scorer and facilitator. He can create his own shot at all three levels and has a natural feel for getting into the lane, where he finishes through contact or kicks out to open shooters.

Gavin Cote is an elite shooter with a smooth, quick release. He excels coming off screens and getting into his shot. His movement off the ball makes him tough to guard. His ability to get free for open shots is elite. Because of this, he consistently creates scoring chances.

Lock Haven commit Jake Manigault is a dynamic 6'0" guard and elite scorer. He attacks downhill with ease, finishing through contact with either hand. In transition, he’s tough to stop—using speed to blow by defenders. Manigault also has a smooth, reliable jumper.

Central State signee Micah Bays has an elite skill set. The 6’2” guard has a quick first step, allowing him to blow by defenders and create offense. He’s also a capable shooter from deep. With his scoring and playmaking ability, Micah is a player to watch this upcoming season.

Redshirt sophomore Blake Deegan is set to make a big impact for Lock Haven this season. The 6’6” forward is an elite shooter who can stretch the floor and knock down shots, while also being able to create space for an effective mid-range jumper.

Clarion guard Trey Nelson is one of the top facilitators in the PSAC. The 6’0” senior excels at finding open cutters and hitting shooters in the corners. He’s also extremely crafty off the dribble, allowing him to break down defenders and score with ease.

Lock Haven signee Mike Green will add much-needed shooting to Lock Haven’s backcourt next season. The incoming freshman has already established himself as an elite shooter who excels at moving without the ball, allowing him to get open looks.

Redshirt junior Courtney Davis is poised to make a major impact for Bloomsburg University this season. The 6’2” combo guard finishes well around the rim, can knock down shots from beyond the arc, and is a strong on-ball defender capable of guarding multiple positions.

Lock Haven University commit Luke Kenneven will be exciting to watch for years to come. The 6’3” combo guard is a three-level scorer who plays the game at his own pace; it’s hard to speed him up or slow him down. The incoming freshman also possesses elite playmaking ability.

Junior Juju Pagan has an elite skill set that will allow him to thrive in Mansfield’s offense next season. The 6’3” guard is a great playmaker who can get downhill and finish around the rim, while also getting to his spots where he’s comfortable creating his own offense.
