Proverbs 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. It stands to reason, if such a command and warning was necessary thousands of years ago, how much more we need to remind people not to change the recipe of the gospel. #avoicecrying

I think one of the reasons so many of us feel overwhelmed is because we’ve lost our rhythms. We wake up rushed. Eat rushed. Pray rushed. Rest rushed. I’m learning that restoration often begins by slowing down enough to become intentional again. Constance

A word of warning: if you are sinning knowingly, don’t seek to hide behind what Jesus did on the cross. That kind of conduct reveals one’s lack of faith in what he accomplished. #avoicecrying

According to the scriptures, a believer is to count themselves as dead as far as sinning is concerned. In other words, after the new birth, we have no more business sinning than a blind man has driving a race car. #avoicecrying

It would thrill the devil to no end to see us act, think, and feel that heaven can wait. He is counting on us waxing cold and losing our appetite for spending eternity with Jesus.  Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season, #avoicecrying

The Adam side of me dreads the thought of death, but the Christ connection welcomes death for as much as it provides me with the transportation I need to get me home to my Lord.  #avoicecrying

Just as sinning takes us away from the Lord, repentance reinstates us, through contrition we are offered another chance, and we would be wise to take full advantage of his merciful kindness. (1kings 21:27-29) #avoicecrying

Priests must distinguish holy from unholy, let your lifestyle show the difference between the two. (Leviticus 10:9; 1 Peter 2:9)

Why is it that if a character in a movie has the ability to pass through solid matter, what physical 'rule' prevents them from sinking through the ground while they move through walls? Maybe I am thinking too much.

If God’s door seems to be locked when you knock, he left a key with everyone; it is called prayer, that is his master key to every locked door, when it is used in faith, nothing is impossible for the believing ones.” (Mark 9:23) #avoicecrying

Our ability to bear pain without complaining is our identification mark that we have a secure place in the Lord. We should wear it with Thanksgiving and praise. “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” (Ps 91:1) #avoice

Recently, many people have approached me with questions regarding the fighting in Iran with Israel and the United States, and Russia with Ukraine, wondering if these events signal the fulfillment of end-time prophecy and the Lord’s return for his church. However, it is disappointing that while many are interested by the signs of His coming, they refuse to embrace the plan of salvation or the holy lifestyle required to be ready for that day

If you must be contagious, please have something worth catching. It would be useless to help spread the same things that are killing multitudes, such as weakness, fear, doubt, unbelief, and sin. ( “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.” 1 Cor15:33) #avoicecry

Holiness and discipline may be distinctly different; however, the more disciplined one is, the easier it is for that person to live a holy life. “Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;” (Tit
