I love the Penya fans so much. You have all supported me from day 1. You welcomed my family with open arms. You cheered for me through good times and picked me up through bad times. You helped us celebrate the birth of our son, Christian, this year. You watched Wolfie run around the Olimpic and made my wife feel at home.
I’m very sorry this has been a distraction. It has not been the year that I envisioned for myself or the team on & off the court. I will forever love Badalona and
@Penya1930 - the guys in the locker room kept me going this year every single day. Those are all friendships I will hold seriously forever.
I’m excited to focus on getting healthy. This shoulder has, at times, made me feel like a shell of myself. Physically it was obviously frustrating; but mentally I became drained. It’s unfortunately part of being an athlete, and I’ll be back on the court again soon but it stings to know you aren’t living up to expectations. Again, I am sorry for that.
I hope you all have positive memories of my time here, I know I will 💚🖤
