Yesterday I found an industry where everyone sells the exact same boring product and nobody’s innovating. I watched demos on YouTube, created free trial accounts to understand the product, then started building.
In one Codex Pro one Claude Pro daily limit session (roughly 3 hours total), I built a full competing product: auth, payments, onboarding, transactional emails, and all core features, plus breakthrough features competitors have had on their roadmap for years but never shipped.
Yes, I know distribution beats product. I’m not proceeding with this as a business though, so I’ll probably open-source the whole thing 💀
Pretty sure some of them will be pissed.
