Ìbàdàn (not Òyó) is bigger than Lagos in landmass, with less than a half (prolly a quarter even) of Lagos's 25m population.
most of the houses in this photo and close to this Akálà Express road were not there 5 years ago and you're still seeing houses packed like this.
