If you stay in Lagos, you’ll know Surulere to Lekki is already one hell of a journey, not to talk of Lekki to Awoyaya. Now imagine driving from Surulere to Awoyaya in just 40 minutes. That is what Systems do. Good systems compress time. Good infrastructure reduces friction. Functional systems change behavior patterns and economic possibilities.
