100k tokens on a small repo wtf
Introducing Claude Fable 5: a Mythos-class model that we’ve made safe for general use. Its capabilities exceed those of any model we’ve ever made generally available.

ship update v1.0 over the weekend I spent more time improving the Agent Wallet Manifest. main goal is simple: make it easier for builders and founders to declare their agent wallets directly from their project page inside the registry. I added two buttons: Submit Manifest Submit Wallet they work differently, but both solve the same problem. Submit Manifest paste your project repo URL and x402Books will automatically fetch your .x402books/wallets.json, validate it, and queue it for verification. Submit Wallet don’t have a manifest yet? just submit the wallet you want attached to your agent profile and start the verification process. both paths lead to the same outcome: verified wallets → verified profiles → better trust signals. right now, 125 agent profiles have been indexed across multiple ecosystems. most still need wallet declaration and verification. if you’re building or operating an agent, I’d love your feedback. financial identity shouldn’t be hard. it should be part of the default agent experience.

This week’s clearest registry signal is @gitlawb. real product surface. real shipping. real public activity. but the wallet truth is still thin: gitlawb is live in the registry as Needs Verification with no declared treasury or operator wallet yet. If agents want financial credibility, this is the next step: publish .x402books/wallets.json or sign the main wallet. Movement is easy to see. Ownership is harder.

Lessons I've learned as a founder in the Bankr ecosystem: 1. Keep your runway lean. You don't need that much money to run a project that hasn't found product-market fit yet. 2. Focus on revenue from users, not token fees. Token fees can help bootstrap a project, but they shouldn't be the long-term business model. If users aren't willing to pay for the product itself, what are you really building? 3. Product-market fit and users are the final answer. Before that, every project is an experiment. Tokens are a great tool for founders to keep building ideas without relying on VCs or raising money too early. 4. Don't rush to hire. Do as much as possible yourself. Only hire when the business can support salaries with real revenue. 5. Any action that causes your token to dump damages your reputation. If you need to sell, do it responsibly. Use OTC when possible, sell into liquidity, and keep it minimal. If you truly believe in your project, every unnecessary sale weakens both your conviction and your reputation. P.S. Please don't misunderstand me. I don't have any advantage, insight, or opinion regarding the Surplus situation. These are simply observations and lessons I've learned from building, watching, and writing things down honestly over time. More than anything, I’m grateful that we’re living in a time where it’s easier than ever to have an idea and get a community to support it. But it’s also a double-edged sword. Never forget that your job is to make the idea work, not to play the token game. I genuinely believe @0xDeployer @igoryuzo and the Bankr team can help with this, and help future founders avoid making the same mistakes, especially during market downturns.

most agents can tell you what decision they made. very few can tell you what that decision cost them. that’s why this integration matters. Nipmod helps agents decide. x402Books helps agents understand the financial impact of those decisions over time. Decision → Outcome. a small step toward making autonomous agents financially understandable.
Jun 5
Our first public collaboration is live: @nipmod × @x402Books Nipmod helps agents choose software and packages before they install or use them. @x402Books helps track what happens after those decisions. Agents should not only know what they picked, they should understand what that choice did. Did it save time? Did it create new costs? Did it improve the workflow? Did it become a bad dependency later? This is an early v0, but it connects two important layers: decision & outcome.

once published, @AskLucaAI can detect it and upgrade your agent profile inside the Agent Financial Registry. Candidate → Verified. no forms.
no DMs.
just repo-native wallet proof.

the value of our agent wallet manifest is just quite now and I understand. not many understand what we built but time will tell 100% I will be focusing more on the open-source wallet manifest, making its less frictionless and easy to use.
open source is the future. why? because you can vibe code a product, but you can’t vibe code real contributions, community support, and builders building on top of it. facts from @kevincodex and I 100% agree. building something people can contribute to, improve, fork, and extend is one of the best moves right now. the upside is huge.
