I sort of feel that if I'm focusing on getting stronger, then at least on gym days, I'll be allowing myself more fuel 4 muscle growth & repair, which should then allow me to b healthier than if I'm not? When I used 2 go gym, even thou I was still rigid & obsessive about food,
Slowly getting back to a place I feel a little more comfortable. I'm thinking of maybe trying 2 prioritise fitness, protein & muscle maintenance (w some growth), over bmi thou. I have 4 months off, as was signed off the rest of the season & I'm considering joining a gym? π€·π»ββοΈπ
