Excuses, excuses... Some need to be found because it is harder (technically and mentally) to share AFTER having published the analysis results. Standardize and deposit FIRST "embargoed" (private) and share upon publication (eg see @DANDIarchive and @OpenNeuroOrg for neuro data)
Reasons authors give for not sharing data when their paper says "data available upon request"
